Description
High-temperature-resistant (120 °C) grade of carboxymethyl starch (CMS), produced by alkalization and etherification of starch. Excellent saturated-salt-water and calcium resistance.
Appearance
White / pale-yellow free-flowing powder / granules.
Main Advantages
- Thermal-resistant grade withstands 120 °C for salt-water drilling-fluid.

Application
Directly applicable in diverse water-based mud systems; compatible with multiple mud additives. Recommended dosage: 1%–3%. Recommended mud pH 9–12. For fresh-water / low-salt mud below 60 °C, add biocide to prevent mud fermentation.
Dosage Guidance
1%–3%. Recommended mud pH: 9–12.
